When to arrive and depart

Plan to arrive on Wednesday, November 11, 2026 and depart on Saturday, November 14, 2026. These are the standard travel dates for the symposium, and they are what the registration form assumes unless you tell us otherwise.

If you need to arrive earlier or stay later, say so when you register — you can set your own arrival and departure dates on the form, and your representative will work around them.

Your travel is arranged for you

You do not need to book anything. When you register you will choose your representative, and they arrange your flights using the details you provide.

That is why the form asks for your legal name exactly as it appears on your travel document, along with your date of birth and, if you have one, your TSA PreCheck or Known Traveler Number. Those are the details an airline needs to issue a ticket, and a mismatch is the most common reason a booking has to be redone.

The event app

Closer to the symposium you will receive the EPIC event app, where you will find your personal schedule, venue logistics, and exhibitor information. You will sign in with the same email address you register with, and choose a password the first time you open it.
